Pallets, Dunnage

BUSINESS SUMMARY:

Patchwood Products, a NVBDC Certified Veteran Owned, HUBZone Certified business, is a manufacturer of wood pallets, including hard and soft wood pallets, and related wood products. The company has over 40 years of experience in the pallet, packaging, and dunnage business. We are looking to acquire new business and keep our Veterans working! In 2023 we added 2 new automatic pallet machines to our production capabilities. We are capable of selling these automated pallet machines throughout the U.S. These machines are capable of using recycled or new wood.

CAPABILITIES:

• New and Recycled pallet construction using our new machine, including hard and soft wood pallets, dunnage and related wood products.
• Our 2024 projection is to have steel pallets and plastic pallets available.
• Wood pallets certified for international heat treatment specs. (ISPM 15)

FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT:

• Acquired a 50,000 square foot building in Hillman, Michigan to warehouse pallets and offer space available to customers to lease out and rent.

EXPERTISE:

• Patchwood Products employs Veterans to produce our products.
• With our new machines we will be able to hire new Veterans and produce more pallets.

SUMMARY:

As the company moved forward, the “Hire a Veteran” program has progressed with the hiring of four veterans. We are a successful government contracting company with sales to DLA Troop Support. This has helped with production and the sale of products, which in turn has created more jobs in the community. As we gain momentum, our goal is to continue to seek resources to improve the community, and employ Veterans.
